Decent price for a 960GB 2.5" SSD, the drive uses QLC though, for me the shipping looks to be $10.95.

Wow that is cheap
I'm starting to think I may have gone overkill with going for a DRAM TLC drive like the MX500 for my Xbox Series X as something like this which comes ready to go might actually be a good choice. Reflecting on it, a QLC drive would be ideal for loading games off - although if I did plan to move games back and forth from the internal storage (ie. writing to the drive) then maybe it does make sense.
Why is it sad?
Because you didn't purchase it.
OP, why do you make QLC look like it's bad when it's the standard in most SSD's ?
TLC is standard in most
You're kidding. QLC is the lowest grade in consumer SSD. It's also offers the shortest longevity. Cheap for a reason.
TLC is the current standard.
This or the Samsung T5 500 GB ssd from officeworks? For storing family pix n videos please.
Anything will be fine for storing pictures and videos - but make sure you buy two so you can make a backup š
All drives die eventually.
Does this have an SLC cache or something?
Hard to find reviews on it
Yes, most of the reviews on there are talking about the HDD if you read them. Was more so looking for a video/tech website review going deeper on specs and comparing to other drives etc., thus my question regarding the cache.
Hard to find reviews specifically about the Q1 SSD, I guess having multiple skus of HDD/SSD with 'Barracuda' in the name doesn't help.
Hey OP, Just remember to put the store in the title on this post and on future posts
Other than that the rest of the post looks great š
Just put "@Mwave" at the very end of the title
