err.. aren't there "Directions for use" on the box?
I had the same thought, but I Googled it and it appears that there are no directions for use on the box, other than "once daily as necessary".
On productreview.com.au, it appears that some people chew and some swallow.
In that case, they should be swallowed whole. The chewable tablets will specify such.

It is a tablet so have it with some water, I wouldn't crush or chew a tablet (some tablets/pills are not as effective if crushed or chewed & are designed to be swallowed whole) unless directed to do otherwise.
Honestly the only thing that gives me consistent and quick results are the nasal sprays.
Tablets in desperation but if I need something quick then up the nose it goes.

Well till now I thought the whole point of using the nasal sprays is to delay the result!
Sort of, but if i feel it coming on a few squirts work usually.
Clarantyne doesn't work for me, Zyrtec does, i cut them in half if i get one in time usually works.

I was surprised as well that there are no instructions on the box. Anyway, I 'dropped' it into a jar of vegemite and did a lucky dip :-)
Luckily for me I had to finish the whole jar to be certain to get the tab.
