    Yet "Accessory Accessories for Roborock S50 S5 Robotic Robot Vacuum Cleaner" is constantly out of stock. How often do accessories need to be replaced? Do people just buy new vacuums?

        Yes, some of the old model accessories out of stock atm. But the customer can pay a little bit more for the better-upgraded accessories from the higher model. Such as S50 can use s6/s6 pure/s5 max main brush, side brush and filter. Also, we have to admit that genuine Roborock accessories price is pretty high and so far only very few customers get back to us and ask to buy the accessories.

      2. How often do accessories need to be replaced
        In the app would give you the general idea.

      3. Do people just buy new vacuums?
        Of course not. Can post here or pm us and we will try our best to help out. Take a bit more time I think, but we will be there.

        Even the originals are cheap on AE. A genuine brush is around 15 to 20. They have a few official resellers

      As we mentioned above the genuine Roborock accessories price are pretty expensive (due to the high cost)

    This is entirely false. The S6 Pure is not Gen2 of the S6. Roborock already have generations i.e. S4, S5, S6. It's simply a different model; and it's not superior to the S6. Roborock started manufacturing S6 Pure's specifically to bring the production cost down by removing some functionality, in order to widen the difference to the S6 MaxV.

    Compared to the S6, the S6 Pure has:

    • a 20ml larger water tank, at the expense of the dustbin, which is 20ml smaller.
    • uses an inferior infrared edge distance sensor (instead of the LIDAR edge sensor in the S6)
    • is 2DB louder
    • takes an additional 2 hours to charge (5 hours instead of 3 hours)
    • has 4 edge sensors, rather than six in the S6

    The mopping function is a gimmick, so the S6 Pure's only "advantage" is useless.

    Roborock are no longer manufacturing the S6, so you can snag a decent deal on it as stock is cleared. For example, you can pickup the superior S6 model for $749 from Kogan. Yes, the S6 Pure is cheaper here (as it should be). However, there's a good chance the original S6 will come down further in price as stock continues to be cleared.
