I went instore anyway, it was still full price on shelf, but when I asked them to scan it it showed up at $34.84, thanks for the awesome deal!

It's a pricing error if you look at the new catalogue it says when you buy a kinect bundle you get the game for $35 theres also a few other games for $35 but only other good one is Dance Central 2

Pricematched at EB Games for $35 - used the $50 gift voucher stocklands that i bought with $25, so this cost me just over $17 all up ;) Pretty good bargain!
