    It's roughly 10g to 11g of protein per bar, so maybe not. But they are great to replenish energy are a heavy workout or hike etc.

    Nah, it weighs just over a kilo (16x 68g) so you're not going to get bulked up by lifting it.

    For me, I think the sugar content is just too damn high. I wouldn't recommend it.

      Maybe half at a time.. as far as there's no other side effect. I don't like energy drinks for the same reason.

        They offered the refund on the basis of the short-dated stock, didn't require the product returned.
