Too tightass to join choice.com.au, can anyone help me?

  Hello, I don't have a Choice account, but I have an Ozb account. ;)

  According to this thread (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/52855), the winner was the Miele S2111 and the price should be low $200 (RRP $299).

  Just for your reference, I was on the market for a not too expensive vac earlier this year and after much research, ended up purchasing the Miele S5211. I am guessing it is a higher model than the S2111, since it retails for $429.

  I got it for $289 from GG by showing them this deal (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/26353), even it expired months ago. Maybe compare the features and see if you're willing to fork out a bit more for this model.

  I am happy with the purchase, it's not as loud (nor expensive) as a Dyson and works just as well. This is confirmed by my friend who owns a Dyson and thinks my Miele is just as good. She also prefers that it is not bagless, since she finds cleaning her Dyson quite dreadful. Only drawback is it looks like crap - colour is awful and design is old fashioned.
