Anyone else Disappointed in the Poco X3 120hz screen??
Seems like a bad panel with too much color shift and ghosting on the edge?

You can't return something just because you don't like it.
There is 90 return policy to china but not much chance of that….LMFAO
Its the cheapest mid-high spec mobile on the market
Its just they use a lesser quality panel
Like buying here, you have consumer laws and policies, that in effect are loaded in the price. Its like insurance costly when you dont need it but cheap when you do.
Getting excited and wanting to be one with the cool new thing has its dangers.
That said, you can use ways to reduce your exposure to issues when buying sight unseen.
When Buying something unseen from overseas its always wise not to be the first cab off the rank, let others do some testing first, and see what bugs are there.
New technology is best bought after inspecting it first. Hype from paid pre release reviewers etc often doesnt match real experiences
Technology changes overnight
In many ways we are just beta testing mobile technology nowadays

Theres your answer 😃
At least I don't suggest going back to this 📟
Isn't POGO a Xiomi's cheaper brand?
Unfortunately you can't expect a $300 phone to have the same quality as a phone 3x the costs, something's got to give.
Haven't used a high hz display on a phone but from my extensive experience on PC you will probably never notice it unless you play games. If you aren't gaming on PC most of the improvement is just seeing better temporal motion for your mouse cursor.
On a phone it is much more visible due to the smaller screen. When navigating through apps, menus and panes you'll definitely notice the fluidity.
Correction: I watched some youtube reviewer saying POCO's panel is bad, and they may be correct (when you review so many you can see the difference)
BUT My panel looks OK
Edit: On a side note, just won an internet competition, and could have chosen the OnePlus 8 pro or the P40 Pro, but decided on the Sony RX100 VII instead
You made the right decision on the competition.
Simples return it and get a new one or money back
Thats your right under Australian consumer law.
