Is there risk of getting fakes from amazon AU? Or has that always been amazon.com?
The first thing you should do any time you buy a new card is run H2testw on it.
I had a fake off-brand card from Amazon (US) once, but the Evo Selects I have bought have been genuine.
The fake card I tested, put in a request for refund, and sent it back with the pre-paid amazon shipping note. It was taking too long for it to get back to the US to process my refund so I called customer service and they refunded me while I was on the phone.
Amazon might not be a good company, but their customer experience is much better than their competitors.
Thanks for sharing.
OP - I have price matched at OW 128gb @ $26.12 pickup local. You'll need to ring 1300 OFFICE (633 423) and pay over the phone (wait time ~8min on the line before getting in contact with an operator).
If you don't have Amazon prime, $7.21 for delivery. I agreed, still $0.76 cheaper then this deal. But the deal breaker is the waiting game. Amazon 22 - 26 Oct (3 weeks from today), where as Flash 2 - 6 business days.
Waiting for a $99 512gb deal again: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/497003
1gb evo plus below $200 would be great 😃👍
Cheaper at Amazon. Evo Select is the same as Evo+ (Select is an exclusive rebrand for Amazon).
Evo Select 256 = $54.93
Evo Select 512 = $137.59
