Just checked. It says expiry on 4th August and it's still active. I've made a purchase using the promo code and the discount was deducted just before the payment screen.
Initially I was getting 4th of July in the image file. I just clicked refresh again and it is now showing 4th of August — I guess Chaos might have fixed up the error on their end.
It says "Discount ends 4th July 2008" so the 11% off is over
