Hi,
Juat seen this story. Rang my ISP but they only do residential plans.

Anyone have any more info on this?

If a business customer brings their network across to an NBN reseller (as opposed to Telstra’s own network or similar), the NBN will subsidise the sites that don’t currently have fibre.
They are most keen to do this where the network is larger, dozens or hundreds of sites, and where a lot of it is already on fibre. They will also seek a multi-year contract.

This new announcement might also apply to single business links, but I’d be surprised if this was the focus.
Note there was another announcement that applied more broadly to residential customers seeking fibre too.

Looking at 250/250. I'm in zone 1.
The COS is low and not for voice.. so dumb question.. so I should get another connection for my 6x VoIP lines?
