Give Picasso Baby a go, its Brighter and has a higher acidity. Nice Fruity Notes. Great for filter and Cold Brew
Can someone recommend a medium roast from theses guys? (My machine don't like oily beans!)
Hi there, All the espresso roasts are Medium Roasts. You will find oily beans have been roasted to a Dark level which Paradox Roasters don't roast that dark.

Can vouch for these guys. Got Paper Moon and Penny Lane last time for milk based coffee - both were excellent. Also, have seen them used in cafes around Sydney.
