is powered by a petrol motor
has an electric motor with a maximum power greater than 200 watts
has a maximum speed greater than 10 km/hthen it cannot be legally used on a road or any road related areas, including footpaths, share paths and public areas. The fine for an illegal device is $826. Other penalties may also apply.

Like WTF ???? Associate says "false" but doesn't provide any evidence. No one deny that these things are ILLEGAL for use in public. Why was this negged ? When you spend $799 on something I think most people would like to ride it outside the f-ing back yard.

That should read IPX4 Water Resistance not PIX4.
IPX4 = resistant to water splashes from any direction.This has expired - the best they can offer now is $919
