5.7% fat according to the packaging. I can think of many products with a lot more fat than that.
Indeed, myself included
And having lived in Asia for a while, I actually now add MSG to lots of my cooking
Yeah it tastes great. At 67 cents each waaay cheap than the local fish n chip shop.
The local chip shop adds some more fat to the mix. Not healthy but tasty as.
They often cook them for you too!
@Cheapskate Paul: Using an air fryer might be a bit more healthier
@unity1: Yep, that's what I do. Ten minutes and good to go.
I remember that my PE teacher at school (from 30 years ago) said that if you ate a Chiko roll, you'd have to run a marathon to burn off the calories
needless to say … I haven't run a marathon ever
damn missed out on this deal
could use that to lose some calories
Chiko rolls have beef in them? bit of a shame
Unless you like beef of course.
u tryna start beef?
Even the corn jacks have beef?
can you put this in air fryer
Yep
you can but not as tasty as deep fry
i oven-fried, was ok bit chewy, will deep next
Dinner on Wednesday sorted.
You stole my thoughts
…corn jacks too?
i never had Chiko.. how does it taste and what is it actually?
Tastes crap. Wouldn't recommend it.
I don't mind it, worth a try.
what is it exactly?

tastes alright, sort of like a spring roll but with a soft, chewy casing, contains veges like cabbage
Basically it's a long lump of matter. Nobody really knows what's in them, they taste revolting and they're bad for you. Like a spring roll has mated with a meat and potato pie.

+1 for their marketing team who designed the poster
DUDE i had work experience at a takeaway corner and after deepfrying, the owner had to shake it with both hands into the wrapper.. she sure got some looks
Bargain :)
I personally don't like them, But it's amazing how many do!
A fine Bendigo invention, laden with MSG and fats, and half price too. What a great day!
