    Probably not.

    This would likely be a case of "Get what you pay for".

    Can't find any info about them (sorry tried to do you guys a favor), they certainly aren't in Tefal's current catalogue of stuff.

    In the case of "budget - get more than you bargained for" probably stick to more reputable companies like mercer culinary, victorinox, kiwi, etc.

    The knife block is likely to be the most valuable thing in this set.
