i split order. one order click and collect and one delivery. i was able to click and collect last night but no delivery.
Good that you went with both methods. Picking delivery is more risky I’d say.

Clicking on link in Big W confirmation email takes me to order tracking ==> My delivery status says "Packed & Ready to go" but it already said that 24 hours ago
