I know Detroit was a bit cheaper but it is still a good price in case one missed it.
Hitman is also a good price even if it is on sale quite a lot. I would say it is similar to Payday 2 on PC which is also on sale quite a bit but even so the sale price is still good.
I understand that sometimes things have been cheaper (or in the case of PC games, even free) in the past but due to a lack of a time machine the past is not too useful if I want to play something anytime soon. Of course, if one can wait for 1 year or so, prices are bound to get cheaper in the great majority of cases.
Hitman with PS+ is down to $22.73. But otherwise it's been on sale for $26.95, so not really a bargain.
Detroit was previously on sale for $17.58 (posted by you Lysander).
