Yes, I think based on Woolies' deals in the past month, the pricing is till mid-month (15-Sep-2020), whereas the bonus data (10GB additional) is if you activate by end-of-month (30-Sep-2020).

Finally worked out how to get the $150.00 yearly offer. It only shows up when using desktop mode.

Do i understand this correctly … first month is $15 + bonus 10GB. Then the second month is $30 with 30GB?
