  I suspect it is the same RAM under the hood as the older 3200C16 kit (cmk16gx4m2b3200c16), the first part of the model numbers are identical.

  For the older version, there is no official confirmation of the die, but many suspect that it is lower grade B-die or E-die, and it runs at 3600CL18 just fine. See Link
  The kit listed here has a timing of 18-22-22-42@3600, and could probably be further tighten down for better performance. I have been running my 3200CL16 kit at 18-19-19-42@3600 for over 6 months.

  YMMV though.

    Low grade B-die is extremely uncommon, and 9 times out of 10 it's Samsung C-die which hasn't been programmed into the SPD correctly.
