for people wanting to know the process of porting. i activated my new boost sim last night around 5pm and started the porting process from optus by 1pm today my boost sim was up and running! so less than 24hrs it was a smooth port process.
Can't seem to activate/verify my Boost using my Medicare card and passport which are all I have. Never had a problem using my Medicare card for ID verification purposes. Contacted their live chat and they can't solve it either. It's been 3 days and all they say is please wait coz they're still trying to sort it out. Should I contact TIO now?

How long does it take to arrive after order placed online? I only got the PayPal receipt but no order confirmation email from Cellmate itself after placing an order last week on Friday.

Is anyone having issue to activate sim/porting number over to Boost?
Their website is hopeless and porting process is not working.
Web Chat function works randomly and the consultant does not care (in my cases they decided to not porting my old number but to give me a brand new number. WTF).
It's such a pain to deal with this company. I really am regret to buy the full year sim pack. Such a waste of time and effort to get simple thing to work.
