Chips Ahoy chocolate chip biscuits are on special at Coles this week.
They are in the catalogue at 2 for $5, but are scanning at $1.59 each.
That's a saving of over 50% off the normal price ($3.28 per pack) and it's pretty cheap for a nice snack..
Try the chunky variety if you haven't already - I am a big fan of the original version, but chunky is even better.

These are not "Original" Chips Ahoy, the same as the Oreos sold in the supermarkets aren't "Original"… They're the versions that Kraft "Australia" have decided to start making…
Hmm interesting - I'll double check the point of origin of my packs tonight.
What amazes me is that it is cheaper to bake the biscuits in China and then ship them to Australia then it is to bake them here?
Same applies for Streets Calippos etc.
I'm not necessarily opposed to it as long as the factory there is well run…

Nope, no discount here. Still 2 for $5 in Queensland (Toowong). They are branded "Made in China".
No discount on the single pack at Broadway, NSW ($3.19)
Those chunky ones are my new favourite biscuit.
