Hi ozbargainers,

Have been looking for a cheap SSD and found this deal from Amazon US. Checked triple Camel and saw the lowest price ever. If you need a cheap one as I did, go for it.

  • Mixed reviews though,

    • Yeah, seems like it's relatively slow for a SSD

  • +4

I own one. Similar to HDD write speeds. If you have the extra money just get a Samsung T5/T7. Far superior in every way

    • Thanks for the heads up.

    • This is a perfect example how an industry Cartel dominates the market by offering terrible SSD products with higher price than Harddisk, to push mainstream SSDs more expensive. :thumbdown

    • Probably be good enough for the main drive for a RasPi though, (comparing to having to get a 500GB SSD, USB/SATA adaptor|housing).

  • Cheap photo/video storage of the family perhaps.
