that one has individual switches, you don't know how useful they are until you own one

and man, what is this return policy!!

Return of products with quality problems
After 7 days from signing date, the product cannot be return for any reason.

So if it's faulty on the 8th day, you're done

About the return shipping costs and other policies
All shipping costs for returned goods are borne by customers while Cellmost Mall will bear the freight charges for replacement products

So if you sent us a faulty product, essentially we're done too

And you want to compete with the 10 millions usb hub Shipped by Amazon :O

Hmm, looks like they're in breach of Australian consumer law, in that case. As per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act), it's illegal for a supplier to misrepresent Consumer Guarantees, and this applies to overseas entities that sell goods and services to Australian consumers (consumers being a purchaser, whether they're a business, or even part of the supply chain). Goods must be of 'high' quality, meaning they should perform their intended function for a reasonable time. That's broadly considered 12 months as a base minimum for consumer goods such as electronics, but is often much longer. Should they fail within that time, the supplier must repair, replace or refund that item. It is not possible to alter, vary or avoid this responsibility, and any supplier who attempts to mislead consumers as to their rights is in breach of the act and may be investigated by the ACCC. One of the most prominent examples of this has been the retail computer store MSY, which has been penalised nearly a million dollars in fines over the two occasions it's been found in breach of the Act.

        • It seems there is a mistake. Our return policy is: Contact our sales manager immediately once you received a product with quality issues, you can choose return, replace or refund your order. Our products are guaranteed with one-year warranty, we will repair or refund that item if the product is not working due to quality issues. As for the shipping costs for returned goods, we can rarely receive the returned goods due to covid-19 restriction.

          • @Cellmost: and it takes a long time to receive, repair and delivery the fixed item back. so a faulty product was delivered to our customer, we are more willing to refund our customer for their better shopping experience with us. Thanks for your concern and opinions.

            • @Cellmost: so are you saying that if the item is faulty within 1 year, you will just provide us with a refund?

              • @ln28909: if you insist on returning it, we will repair or replace it as long as we received your returned goods. But we delivery our products only when the quality control team checked them to be in good condition and work well, and we have a long-term cooperation with the brand owner or the manufacturer. their products are relatively in high quality and reliable.

                • @Cellmost: So in other word, you shouldn't trade in Australia, your warranty policy is not to standard required
