Is it worth more than 3 times the price of 1 litre aldi one? If only cleaning and disinfecting the dishes is the goal?

    • I would also like to know. I still have a few Morning Fresh stock up, but I'm curious if it's worth switching over to Aldi version.

      • I'm using the Aldi one now. It does the job but it seems less soapier so I will switch back to Morning Fresh when this bottle is finished.

ALDI one I find you have to use 3 times as much soap, I prefer these every time

      • Aldi detergent is rubbish. Is like slime and doesn’t flow out of the bottle, and can’t be easily thinned down either.

        • Strongly agree with this, it's like goo and gloopy and doesn't mix well with water. I use one of those Dishmatic dish wands that you fill with detergent, and I usually fill with 30% water to thin it down to make it flow out better and give more foam. My old bottle of morning fresh made lots of foam but this Aldi detergent honestly acts like oil when mixed with water in the wand. They just stay separate in the tube, and it's so thick and sticky that it doesn't come out at all and I end up getting no soap out. Have to resort to using a normal sponge and even then I have to rub the detergent in to break it down a bit to mix with the water.
Not the absolute worst but I still wouldnt recommend.

The 900ml bottle is $3.75 at Coles from tomorrow. Cheaper on a per litre basis.

    • It can be easier pouring from a small bottle.

      • Refill your small bottle from the larger, cheaper ones

  • It feels so wrong to have a $1.79 item delivered to my door, so I bought 2.
