John Telfer has recorded all of the Sherlock Holmes series and they are all in the public domain. You should be able to find them for download at Project Gutenberg or from other sources if memory serves eg https://archive.org/details/95533227
Just wanted to point out that librivox.org is also a good place to find free audiobooks.

I am paying for the Premium YT, which allows me to download for offline and adjust the speed.
(I normally listen on 1.5x on my daily 1 hour each way commute)
