I'm looking at buying 2 indoor cameras. Is there anything better than this under $100? Apart from the 5MP version which is probably not worth the upgrade.
Better depends on your needs and wants. You could get a better quality camera for the same price by going for the reolink 5MP bullet or turret cameras, but these need an ethernet POE connection instead of wifi and are fixed cameras so the pan/tilt is set when you set them up (not controllable via the app). Xiaomi Dafang Pan cameras do the pan/tilt but also add a sentry style mode where they will automatically pan/tilt the camera to multiple locations to constantly scan for movement, but they're not 4mp/don't work out of the box with an NVR etc (where the E1 versions will only pan/tilt with you controlling via the app).
Are these any good? Am looking to replace my Hikvision cams that keep dying (and without support as they were sourced from Aliexpress)
I have 2 of these inside my home, one for the nursery. The video is clear and the app is very user friendly. Camera was also very easy to set up. Video stream has 1sec delay if U don't mind that. U can also use the inbuilt speaker and mic to have two way conversation.

I'd say you're fairly well guaranteed to have it delivered before this date - given they have the same guarantee on a lot of their products (including the $270 5MP POE PTZ camera) they'd have to be fairly confident of on time deliveries to make this guarantee.
What's with the "AU/US plug, please contact us before payment" comment? Surely if you are choosing the AU warehouse it comes with an AU plug?

No, only their POE PTZ camera has the patrol/cruise mode. If the E series cameras are similar to the very similar looking Xiaomi camera they may have motion following where if motion is detected it will attempt to follow the motion, but it won't constantly scan the area.
