Most of the laptop is compatible with this Ram, but Lenovo may an exception… You better check the specification of your model whether it's ram is DDR4 SO-DIMM. My Carbon X1 still use LPDDR3…
how old lenovo thinkpad? Check if it has ddr3 or ddr4. I got the E15 AMD gen 2 like 2 weeks ago and bought Crucial 1x16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM. Cost me like $120 delivered as opposed $170-180 (from memory) upgrade on Edu portal. Works like a charm :)
so you have 32gb?
24 = 8 soldered and 16gb stick :)
@stefanko: thats awkward, does dual channel still work if it not matching memory size?
@Homr: I dont know and to be honest I dont really care that much. Size of memory is like 20 times more important than its speed or dual channel capability. Real life usage and some website with benchmarks are 2 very different scenarios mate :)
32 GB or 16 GB?
Will these work in 10th Gen Intel NUC?
Good price. Pity I only need one.
maybe you can team up with a fellow ozbargainer $44.5 each
$44.5 sounds great! Thanks mate ;)
I’ll go “halvies” with you
yeh no worries, I just need to find a good deal on a laptop first :D
will this be compatible?
I too only needed one, but I expect to gumtree my old 8GB DDR4-2400 stick for like $40-50 and install this matching pair to get dual channel working.
Boys will it work with Acer Nitro 5??
Price has now changed to $103 now.
Pity… however, if you really want this then monitor it (as it regularly fluctuates between $97-$109) based on exchange rates etc.
Single module @ $51.44 today. https://www.amazon.com.au/Crucial-PC4-25600-SODIMM-260-Pin-M…
what laptop do you recommend to pair this RAM with? Will the lenovo thinkpad be compatible?
