Bought some at this price a few weeks ago. I'd say it's decently drinkable, and certainly great value for the alcohol content.

Doubt it considering taxes total to more than $35 before making any profits. Someone is making a loss on each case at this price.

Ah yes, I'm mistaken, if the cider is between 8% and 22% (inclusive) it's considered wine. I thought it was more than 8%.

Mercury hard cider is a similar strength and doesn't taste bad. It's also pretty cheap - but not this cheap.
