Its a single 16GB stick. The next best price I could found for a similar spec model (i.e. 2666Mhz) is at Centrecom 16GB (8GBx2) 2666MHz for $109
Any reason this is a bargain? Just asking as there's a whole lot of DDR4 around the same price with similar speeds.
