And all blends are 100% Arabica. No robusta.

Are you guys located on the Gold Coast? I've had bad experiences with shipping delays to Brisbane from Melbourne, so I just want to confirm where the beans are coming from… otherwise I'll just buy from Aldi

@AIRJO CoffeeRoasters: That's ok, I know postage issue and have a couple even worse than that lately. Coffee to be honest is so so, not as good as the recently restocked colombia single origin from Aldi which is real good.
4 days first time and 2 days the second.
Can confirm my last order from AIRJO (Brisbane) to Melbourne took forever - in fact I have not even received it yet! Not their fault, but something worth considering :(

I got the Saratoga blend last deal - had it in hand in two days to Brisbane. It's good stuff - would be keen to try something with a bit more kick to the palate for cappuccinos though. How does the Pegasus compare?
Also to note - I got much better flavours out of my beans a few days in. As they are freshly roasted they do benefit from having a couple of days to mature.
Hinse you are spot on about having a few days to rest and develop.
We get them out as soon as we can that way by the time they arrive they are even better!
As for kick, the Pegasus is overall a little lighter roast than the Saratoga although higher caffeine.
If you are looking for darker roast flavours, head down to the other end of our range, around the Stargazer Blend or our darkest Thunderchild Blend.

Having run out of coffee last time Rep had a long running "deal", I ended up buying 1Kg Lazzio Honduras, Single Origin beans from Aldi for $15. What an amazing coffee for the price! I can't get enough of it.
The Aldi ones are surprisingly good.
Like, much better than the Colesworth variety.
But this is probably a higher level of coffee.
