Cashback not payable on cancellations and 90 days to get cashback confirmed, so that reads to me like you need to be subscribed for at least 3 months before you can cancel and get the cashback?

Bought through SB App - which usually tracks quickly. Says tracks in 2 days.
Cancelled subscription, but looks like the first month order is on its way - notified 5 days ago, but no way to track order.
Sent an email saying because the SB offer was not honoured, I don't want it or pay for it.

Next SB purchase tracked correctly within app. But I knew I won't qualify for cashback there, as used credit not cash.
Then SB BWS 20% cashback was estimated at 12% - but that's a problem with BWS system being corrected.

i would like to know that too maybe no one was tracked or they could not be bothered checking. i need to start checking more often as some of my purchases have never tracked. i just havent had the time to follow up but will start doing so from now on.

Just received notice of $3.50 cashback tracked on $25 subscription!! That's the current cashback rate of 14%.

No correction showed as promised within 24 hours in SB, so sent another email to SB 2 days ago.
They say the full $25 cashback was on their system (provided their screenshot), but only just received update & that email at same time today.
