  Gets a +1 from me for the awesome support given to the OB community. Shame there's a few out there who are either impatient or intolerant, and don't realise that once it's left the seller they have no influence how the delivery agent (AusPost, courier, etc) performs.

    Thanks for the support, I understand how frustrating it is when deliveries are slow - but Ozbargainers seem to like good prices but also know all "their rights". Charge backs by impatient clients (who will ultimately get their items when Australia Post finally delivers) are part of online retail life, the sting with Ozbargain is that there isn't the margin to cover these "costs" of online business. I'm thinking (learning) this is probably part of the reason none of the smaller discount pharmacies dare post deals here. There are plenty of pharmacy owners/managers/workers lurking around this site but none of them seem to post any deals.

    I'm hoping that my next deal will be a Nasonex generic (after the success of another post on Ozb for the original from another pharmacy). Unfortunately due to COVID panic buying (by pharmacies) I am on a back order wait list for my Ozbargain stock of this item ;-( As soon as the back order comes in I'll post the deal.

    Thanks for letting me know - there are a number of reports about this, the issue seems to be once the transaction is handed over to the Commonwealth Bank (ie its left our site), I'm really not sure if its a "security feature" of the bank to stop some IP's getting through - I can't seem to replicate it our end. Paypal is a working alternative for anyone having issues with the Commbank gatewate. Thanks and apologies. Jason
