I tried ordering a portable hard drive from office works to my door, and the order kept getting cancelled twice due to a security reason, and they wont even tell me what the reason was

Use another card thats not blocked because its stolen. Or try another paypal account. Check your balance of account that theirs funds in it. Welcome to Ozb.
