I'm in the market for a new rewards credit card that's not American Express. While joining bonus points are good, I'm also looking for something that has a decent earn rate and if anyone has information about point redemption that would be excellent. Thanks a bunch!

To be honest, I'm not too fussed about airline points given current situation and what that means for future travel. Plus I'm concerned that the airlines will soon devalue their point value so I'm pretty cautious.
In terms of spend, I'd fall into that high spend category.
This also somewhat depends, do you want best "first year" or best "long term" card.
I think there are a few of us who cancel cards before the first 12months is up to avoid the annual fee.

At this point, best long term card. First year is good however, I don't have a lot of confidence or trust in the airline redemption cards as it's too easy for them to devalue their point value to assist with cost management.
ANZ Qantas Frequent Flyer Black is good for the first year.
Good earn rate, good signup bonus and reduced annual fee for first year.
Can't justify the full rate annual fee for the second year, unless you're a serious spender.
