  I don't understand how they could deny returns for size issues. That is absolutely against consumer rights.

      Agree, companies aren't responsible for you making a wrong choice. Most online shops offer a replacement to accommodate for you inability to try something on, but they don't have to.

    Size issues is a very broad term.

    In summary:

    If you pick the wrong size and want a refund, you can't.

    If you get two different sizes, the product is faulty and according to the accc you are entitled to a refund.

    If there is notice for no refunds on sale items it literally means unless faulty. They can't deny a refund on something that has a fng hole in it.
