The 2070 Super is $10 cheaper than the Umart deal (and this one has RGB and is clocked slightly higher), but of course unless you need right now, should just wait for 3000 series.

The Shield Pro is $9 cheaper than Harvey Norman (or about the same if you include shipping but you don't have to go in to a HN).
