Notes:
* Wrist wrest is well documented as most disappointing bit of this keyboard…listing does give you the option to buy without however this will be the 2nd place silver version for $188, less of a deal.
* Cheapest I can see locally is $249 from mighty ape, most local retailers selling $279+.
Unfortunately I paid $30 odd more a couple of days ago so must regrettably hand in my ozbargain membership.
I was going to post earlier that you could save a bit of dosh and search for the Vulcan AIMO 100 instead, which is the same keyboard sans the useless wrist rest, but it looks like it's no longer available. (I did this last year and got EB Games to pricematch, then used discounted gift cards and ended up paying only about $175.) Irrespective of that, it's an awesome keyboard and well worth the price. I really love the short-travel keys, which are responsive and provide just the right amount of feedback. I find it's super-comfy to use for long periods and the layout + key shape/size really suits my hands so I'm finding I make far less typos. On a side note, I like the Roccat software, too. It's not overly big and bloated (I'm looking at you, Razer!) and the options are plentiful without being difficult to figure out. Maybe not as comprehensive as some but I didn't buy it for the bling or options, just the comfort.
