  Much better protection to keep immune system strong against a cold/flue Cvt Fake rather than those mostly ineffective non N95 masks.

    Masks help dramatically though if one person wears them then they have reduced rate of infection. If both the infected and non infected wear them transmission is practically zero.

    Pills and tablets is good in a way, but relying on pills too much means your body will adjust and produce less. I'll say but them and pop some at the first instance of symptoms. Giving your body that extra boost to recovery.

  average price seems like normally about $8 hardly ever the at $15 amazon quotes as RRP
