The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14yo Awarded the IWSC 'Trophy for Best Single Malt Whisky 15 Years and Under 2017'.
Rich, sweet and creamy toffee on the nose combines with fresh fruit notes. Rounded with vanilla and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit,with a warm, lingering finish.
This one is one of my favourites, definitely worth picking up at this price as it's the best I've ever seen it. Retails for $144, can often be found for $120 or thereabouts, this is $86!
