was going to say, I bought this same one at Woolies on the weekend and sure I paid around $2.50 at the time… amazing what people find of value and go through the effort to post about..

I didn't know it was on special at Woolies, and appreciate the post about it being on special through Amazon - especially with Stage 4…

        Thanks OP.

Because physically going to woolworths is a risk for covid 19

    Cheers OP!

  • Hi, I'm a guy so no idea on this. When it says concentrates, do we need to add water to it to use?

    • I mean if you were hand washing, squirt a bit and then add water and mix till frothy, then use that solution for your sponge.

      • yes I mean hand dish washing, are these meant for machines mostly?

        • +1

If you put this in your dishwasher your kitchen is going to be filled with foam. It is meant for washing dishes in the sink.

    • +1

It just means you don't need to use as much of it, as it's more concentrated, when washing your dishes (by hand)

  • I hate the conventional smells (lemon, original) of dishwashing liquid in Australia, yep big first world problem right here haha, so I'm going to try out the vanilla and berries!! Yum!

Added bonus: the bottle is fully recycled and recyclable!

Also not really a fan of the conventional smells especially in cheaper brands; I've smelled some exceptionally foul lemon scents before. The vanilla and berries smells really good though! Bought one yesterday from woolies after not buying it for a while and it's still just as good as I remember. I also like some of the special edition morning fresh ones, apple & raspberry and strawberry & guava.

      • You get me! Asian washing liquids have so many interesting scents like lychee and ginger. The lemon scent always seems to linger

How does it compare with Morning Fresh? Any views?

    • My wife prefers this.

  • Original had a scent change and I've laid off it ever since. Smell and taste would linger.

Switched to Sensitive. I have the impression pharmacies sell it cheaper as well.

Taste? You should rinse your dishes, cups, glasses, etc (or more thoroughly)

      • Rinsed at least twice and another time the plastic bowls were just soaked in plain water.

Not sure if they fixed it, but the last time I used Original, the scent was really nasty.

        • That's no good :( I haven't used Palmolive for a while (although ordered some) - I prefer Ecostore which has less evil stuff in it (and seems pretty mild)
