Cheapest carplay head unit? (wireless or not)

Hey legends,

Looking for a carplay head unit for my 2012 honda civic (9th gen, no sat nav)

Spent hours researching and couldn't find anything yet… Seems like there's this sort of price regulation between supercheap/autobarn/etc… but have seen some good flash deals out there (all expired now, sadly)

Anyone know a good place to buy the whole kit (fascia/adapters/etc) at a reasonable price?

or just a good deal for head units with carplay (preferably wireless)

my favourite ones so far:

Pioneer DMH-Z6350BT (seems to be the cheapest wireless option but couldn't find below $600)
Pioneer AVH-Z9200DAB
DMHZ5350BT (previously seen here @$450 but could never find the same deal again)
Sony XAV-AX8000
Kenwood DMX8020S

    Current cheapest appears to be $499

    Not much help looking at deals from the past, because they could've had a bulk purchase, or a reason to clear stock

    Not sure about “cheapest” because in most cases you need fascia kits, adaptors and the like, but I recently had an Alpine ILX-W650 installed and highly recommend. Bought from automotivesuperstore.com.au in a kit for a good price.

    I think supercheap auto has the XAV-AX1000 for about $400 at the moment. Same price at spares box. Looks like you are looking at higher end ones though.

    Cheapest wireless I've found is the JVC KW-M950BW. I paid $490 for it.

    Don’t think there’s many sales going on at the moment but JBHi-Fi stopped stocking headunits about a month back so if you can find some stock in stores you might be able to snag a good deal. Managed to grab a Sony XAV-AX5000 for the $350 mark but stock was very limited.

    Jvc kw-m745dbt is back on sale today at supercheap for 449.
    carplay with dab and capacitive touch

      the friend above got a JVC KW-M950BW (which is wireless carplay) for 490, sounds like a no brainer to pay the extra 50 but couldn't find it at that price yet.. :(
