    I'm in the market for a new office chair at the moment. My problem with this sort of thing though is that there's a huge range of chairs in all kinds of styles and settings… That's great! But unless I can get my actual butt in the actual seat, there's no way I'm going to buy a chair online. Too much variability in personal comfort to go for that.

    And with a return policy that states:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase within the first 7 days, we promise to refund you*, less the price of shipping and handling (provided the product is undamaged and not custom built for you).
    This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

    I just don't see any way that's going to happen.

        Thank you for the offer, and I would love to put my money where my butt is but I'm closer to the Sunshine Coast than I am to Brisbane so I'm not really keen on driving to Darra (assuming I'm reading your website and inferring your location correctly) for a chair.

        It looks like you've increased the price of your chairs by $20 equal to the coupon.

        The original price listed is still in your main page but when you click into the chair the price is bumped by $20.

          We haven't increased any price.

          The $329 price is for the model without headset. ($309 after discount code)
          The $349 price is for the model with headset. ($329 after discount code)

          Unfortunately Shopify always display the lower price on the front page.

    My wife is looking for a new office chair. As a relatively short person (160cm) she finds normal seats too deep - her legs don't always can reach the floor if she seats all the way back.
