    I asked by local ChaTime in VIC about why we aren't getting any of the promotions. They said it was because of the current lockdown their business has gone down. If they offer the promotions then they will lose too much money of unused product.

        Chatime are mostly franchises, which pay a fee for advertising under their agreement to HQ not the other way round.
