Horrible customer service
Is this after when something goes wrong? like a warranty issue?
Like when they don't actually have stock and spend months giving people the run around.
The prices are good but dont count on warranty like you get here.
The choice is yours, get a bargain or pay more here and get warranty.
I've had a terrible experience with this company. Waited over two months for phone, never came. Contacted support, never replied. Opened PayPal dispute, never replied.
PayPal had to settle it, finally got my money back.
I don't think they even sent the phone.
I know people have had their problems, but I've had two orders delivers by them in the last 6 months, both within 2 weeks.
Also ordered two phones from them, first one 18 month ago and came in 10 days. Its still working just got bored of it so ordered a new phone.
The second im still waiting for:
Ordered: 21st July 2020 at 15:00 aest
Packed: – 24th July 2020 at 14:05 aest
Shipped: – 27th July 2020 at 21:20 aest
Delivered: – Not yet
Never had to claim warranty so far , if you want a cheap phone and willing to just wait for it to be sent then these are legit. Its a grey import so warranty is always a question mark.

Have a look at their posts. When they do actually reply, they always "apologise and refund your order".

It arrived yesterday, very good phone for the price.
Apart from higher memory size, what is the difference with Redmi Note 9 Pro in terms of photo quality, apps response time etc ? Can anyone comment on the quality of this $189 phone please ?
