Guys just need to know because ive got a birthday present i need to buy and ive got a discount on catch of the day and the option to pickup from target is there so im thinking i buy it online with the click and collect and then drive to target to pick up the present?

When I worked on an IT Helpdesk any email/case with URGENT in the subject was actioned last. They were usually the most trivial of issues as well.
Physical store is there for a reason. Fastest CNC is Dan Murphys and it was 27mins from order to ready to collect. Target will be at least couple of days

No. All Target orders through Catch are fulfilled for delivery only so the stores don't individually fulfil these items for CnC instead they're from the DC or Target online fulfilment stores.
