Third day in a row where internet has dropped out at around 12AM. Last two days it lasted for hours and it looks to be the same today. Never had anything like this with superloop for the past seven months. They had minor dropouts but they only lasted a few minutes, never for hours. They've shown nothing on their website about the outages either, is anyone else having this problem?
A fibre line issue?
Have you tried resetting the NTD or you modem?
Have you contacted customer support?
Have you run any of the diagnostic tests they have on their website?

I am with TPG FTTP, this happened three times over the last two months. Happened around 9PM AEST. Resetting the modem doesn't do jack Sh*t. Ran a couple of tests as well but yea confirmed the issue on their side.
Which one of the NBN POI are you connected to?
Have you asked your neighbours or local social media group to see if they are having dropouts?
Perhaps a hardware problem in the local area.
What did they say when you called their support line?
Could be a local or line issue. Contact them tomorrow and let them run tests and check logs.
