              @Hybroid: I got my Apple Watch series 2 42mm on a sale for $190 at jbhifi last year, so I have no interest, Fitbit charge 4 is overpriced for what you get no colour oled, even xiaomi mi band 4 has that at a fraction of the price

                @jayboi: I have an Apple Watch and Fitbit 3 and they are both really for different purposes and for health and sleep tracking Fitbit is the best option. Mainly because you only need to charge it once a week if that and you never take it off. Apple Watch doesn’t have that kind of battery life so you chuck it on the charger at night so you lose 8 hours or so of tracking. Also Fitbit has always had more accurate heart rates than my series 5 Apple Watch.

      This isn't a smartwatch, from what I know. I once got Fitbit (Charge 3, AFAIR) and I was disappointed about its capabilities. It was my first wearable.

    Good deal, but terrible product.

    I tried a Charge 3 and liked it, but there’s a bug which means it drops out of an activity for no reason. This has been going on for years and they haven’t fixed it. Long thread on the support forum. Endless promises of fixes from Fitbit. I returned it.

    Just checked the forum and it happens with the Charge 4. With the same Fitbit hogwash ‘we’re are aware of the problem and are working on a solution’. Same thing they’ve been saying for years.

    Three months ago I bought a Mi band 4 off AliExpress for US $24. Still not turned up. They just extend the arrival date. Now I have one coming from Cadbury that cost $6 in chocolate.

      I've had 3 Fitbit products and have had to return 2 for replacement due to failure. Friends and Family have had similar experiences. World not buy another Fitbit product again.

      Happens to my Versa, prob one in 10, but it does give you a 0.5sec vibration so you know it has stopped tracking if you pay attention. It's annoying though

      It is 2 year warranty, just take it to the store and say something it s wrong with it and they should refund you

            @bonezAU: It's been amazing so far. Has many more features but more notably it syncs with my phone virtually instantly, whereas the fitbit if I wanted to sync to view sleep tracking or set alarms etc, it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes because my phone could never find it.

            I got Officeworks to price match Dick Smith which worked out to be about $362, not the best price around but still pretty good.
