Maybe the confusion as it is marked as a 99.9% efficacy on germs. Good price for a general wet wipe but my understanding is 70% minimal in ethi based solution for it be effective on Covid.

This is bad for hand wipes.
Benzalkonium chloride (not with standing the fact it is only 0.1%) is only effective as a disinfectant if left for 10 min on the surfce). Alcohol based wipes (especially 70%) are almost instantaneous (20 seconds rub) in its effect.
As a handwipe, you don't really want to use these. I'd rather spend the money on an alcohol wipe
Oh that is interesting with regards to the 10min vs instant nature of alcohol. I remember seeing that floor-cleaners like Pine O Clean need 10 mins to be effective, and I just checked ingredients and one of the ingredients is Benzalkonium Chloride
