Great pens. Safari sold out, Al-Stars are still available but only in extra fine (green) and broad (dark blue).
As a lefty, using a broad nib fountain pen is just asking for trouble.
Yeah, they are great pens. I have around 8 fountain pens. Lamy and Kaweco are my favourite.
Been wanting a safari for so long but they sold out too fast :'(

Cheaper pen overall, and cheaper shipping, but nibs other than medium costs a bit extra.

I havent tried a huge amount of pens but i do have 4 different types:
Lamy Safari (M)
Pilot Kakuno (Fine and Extra Fine)
Jinhao X750
Jinhao 911
Out of all these, i find the Jinhao pens have the smoothest writing experience (feel), and all of these pens except for the x750 have reliable feed. I believe its because they used gold plated nibs. The Lamy safari is scratchy compared to the 911.
Really try the 911 if you need a fine nib pen, its truly great (i have 4 now), and I wont get as triggered if i misplace or lose it somewhere
