    • Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, is that you?

      • Do you have a problem with Apu?

        • Nah. No 'old reds' or whiny soyboys over here.

    • Haha, same. I had no recollection of it. I have a whole range of free Kindle books I have never looked at as I don't have a kindle and am too lazy to look at them some other way.

All these recipes are basically free on the net.

    Book seems pretty ordinary

      That's amazon for ya…

You can say that about pretty much any cookbook though…

I find the benefit of printed books is that the recipes are generally reviewed and you can easily determine if the author has some more background in cooking than a wordpress blog or youtube channel.

In my experience, for more authentic (read: not westernised or using removing/subbing ingredients) or less popular regional dishes it can sometimes be pretty hard to find recipes online. I've used cookbooks in those instances.

  • Can you bring these up on an Echo Show or do you need a kindle?

    • Choice is yours, what you want in your mouth be it Indian Chinese Italian or just plain simple sizzling Aussie sausage from Bunnings 😁

      • just plain simple sizzling Aussie sausage from Bunnings

Bunnings is not doing it anymore.

        • Saw it happening again at my local.
Might depend on your location. Probably not in Vic or NSW anytime soon.

    • Indian lives matter!
(Actually, all lives matter, but this case is specific to Indians :) )

      • Indian lives matter!

        Not to Pakistan or China.
