Depends if you want to gain muscle like a bodybuilder or through obesity. Both paths will lead to muscle gain.
Dirty bulk is just as good (if not better) as a lean bulk if you don't abuse it over an extended period of time.

When is the last time anyone bought KFC chicken pieces that was actually crispy?
It's always oily.

The original ones always tend to be quite oily, dunno why they dont just change their whole "original" to H&S - its clearly the better product.
One thing that helps is an air fryer. Just 5 mins at 180 degrees and you got a super crisp skin.

9 for $9 deal is not what the promised. Bought once at Townhall Sydney for that deal, they put few piece hot & spicy on top to cover up and the rest at the bottom are original pieces. Was spewing when I got home to find this.

That's the promotion: that H&S will be brought to stores it's not usually at for the 3 weeks or however long. That's how it's usually happened when they say H&S is coming back, every year or so

Can you order on the app for someone else to pick up? The Macca's app requires you to have the same phone present at the store, which makes it hard to put the order in for the missus to pick up on the way home!
Every time I do app pickups at Maccas and KFC they don’t ever check your phone. They either just call out the order number or my name.
This exact thing happened to me last week. Wife ordered, I went to pickup. Nope, no can do.
The phone that made the order HAS to check-in at the store.

Wife sent a screenshot of the order number and order code, I showed it to the staff + manager.
They said phone that made the order has to check-in in-store.
@[Deactivated]: I confidently went ahead with the pickup as I though it would not be difficult to have someone else order, and with the code provided, another person can do the pickup.
Guess it makes too much sense for them to do that.

Looks like the 9 piece offer isn't available in VIC (Possibly only QLD), instead it's a $4.95 Hot & Spicy Fill-up Box.
You can however create your own bucket and add Original Recipe chicken then replace it with Hot & Spicy.
Looks like to be able to build your own bucket, you need to order a min of three items. EG. 9 piece meal plus 6 WW plus 3 Tenders as opposed to just being able to order the 9 piece meal on its own for $10.95.
Not yet, it said my store isn't taking orders so I hope when it opens then the 9 for $9.95 gets added.
